Our Process

We first have an informal call with you to understand your expectations, timescale, budget and scope. Following this, we will provide you with a quote. Once accepted our process is outlined as below:

1. CONSULTATION

Ideally conducted on site, we will dive deeper into your project requirement. This is the chance to share your ideas and give us a real insight into your goal. We encourage you to be as as collaborative as possible, sharing pictures and ideas so we can understand your aspirations.

2. INITIAL CONCEPT

This includes our initial design for your space, supported by a floor plan, mood board, colour scheme, visuals and key pieces. This initial concept might have a number of design options to discuss depending on the complexity of the brief and project.

3. DESIGN REVIEW

Usually conducted over video call, we will present our concept(s) and discuss the rationale, ideas and suggestions to develop further. Following this call, we will send you our presentation to digest and feedback on. Although we'd like to get it right first time, sometimes an additional revision is necessary so you can be 100% confident with the final design.

4. FINAL DESIGN

This is your complete solution supported by 3D visuals, samples and all product recommendations, ready to implement with confidence. We will manage the sourcing and supply of all the items we put forward in our design, including bespoke services, so you're not just left with a shopping list. We can also at this stage recommend contractors to help with your project.
